Bosence & Boswyns refers to a rehabilitation and detox unit, respectively, set on Bosence Farm. Boswyns, the detox unit, occupies land on Bosence Farm about 100 metres from the residential unit. It offers assessment, detoxification and stabilization treatment services. It can accommodate up to 15 people, and clients have access to single occupancy, en-suite facilities. Boswyns is ideal for those who need an alcohol or drug detox, or whose alcohol or drug use has become unmanageable and out of control. It can also cater for individuals with concurrent substance misuse and/or mental health problems and for women who are pregnant.
Bosence Farm offers the residential rehabilitation treatment, and is situated in a converted barn, which can accommodate up to 14 people at any one time. The facility adheres to a 12 step, abstinence based model in order to help individuals overcome an alcohol or drug addiction. Bosence & Boswyns can cater for individuals who are aged over 18 years, who want a 12 step programme, test negative on drugs and alcohol on arrival, are not on long-term anti-depressants (excluding SSRIs), have no underlying psychiatric disorders and no Schedule One offences.

Individuals who stay at Boswyns will have access to medical care and social care treatment services. Clients will be assigned a key worker, and will also be able to attend group therapy and one to one sessions. Non-medical therapies available include complementary therapies, life skills training and educational workshops. Clients will also be encouraged to utilise the social facilities on offer at Bosence & Boswyns, such as the library and garden. They may also take part in other activities, such as table tennis, art groups and quizzes. Boswyns will also help individuals plan for the next stage of their treatment.
The treatment services offered at Bosence can cater for different religious, spiritual and cultural needs. It includes one to one therapy, group therapy, and life skills workshops. More holistic therapies include yoga, meditation and relaxation classes. The centre also offers equine assisted therapy as part of its treatment programme. The facility further provides clients with links to education and training and progress into work. Bosence & Boswyns will also encourage the attendance of fellowship meetings during and after the programme, such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
